1) Fill out Lucky for Life® playslips with pencil or blue or black ink — not red ink. Present completed playslip to an ASL retailer to receive a printed Lucky for Life® ticket. Printed Lucky for Life® tickets cannot be canceled.
2) Mark up to 5 Lucky for Life® plays per playslip; each play is $2.
3) Mark Quick Pick to have your numbers selected randomly at the terminal.
4) If you make a mistake, mark the void box and use the next play. Do not erase.
5) Mark five numbers from 1 to 48 in the left play area.
6) Mark one Lucky Ball number in the right play area.
7) The ticket that prints from the information on your playslip is valid for the next draw. To play multiple upcoming draws, mark from two to 20 multi-draws at the bottom of the playslip for $2 each. Each multi-draw will include the next draw — draws cannot be skipped.

About the game
Lucky for Life® is a multi-state draw game. Drawings are held at 9:38 p.m. CT every Monday and Thursday. Note: Draw sales end at 8:30 p.m. CT Monday and Thursday. Five numbered balls are drawn from 1 to 48 and one Lucky Ball number is drawn from 1 to 18. If all your numbers match those that are chosen, you win the top prize, which is $7,000 a week for life. The second-level Lucky for Life® prize is $25,000 a year for life. Each Lucky for Life® play is $2.

A: No. The order of the five white balls drawn does not matter, but the one Lucky Ball number drawn must match the Lucky Ball number on your ticket.
Q: Can I redeem a winning Lucky for Life® ticket in any state?
A: Although the winning numbers are the same in all Lucky for Life® states, a ticket must be redeemed in the state in which it was purchased.
Q: I lost my ticket. Can I claim a prize with a playslip or store receipt?
A: Lucky for Life® prizes can only be claimed with a ticket printed from the lottery terminal. Playslips or store receipts will not constitute proof of purchase. Lottery tickets are bearer instruments, meaning the person who presents the ticket for claim will be presumed to be the owner. Always sign the back of any lottery ticket immediately. If you lose a ticket before you sign it, you no longer have valid ownership of the ticket.

Q: What happens if a prize is not claimed?
A: If a prize is not claimed within the time frame set by the jurisdiction in which it was won (180 days in Arkansas), the prize funds will be returned to the states based on each state’s proportion of the sales that contributed to the prize.
Q: What happens if an annuity prizewinner dies?
