1. Each panel costs $1 per drawing.

3. Mark the NUMBER OF DRAWS you wish to play, from 2 to 7 consecutive draws, in the corresponding box on the left side of the playslip. Each additional draw costs $1 per panel. You can play Badger 5 up to 7 days in advance at one time.

Badger 5 Prize Claiming

You can claim prizes up to $599 at any authorized Wisconsin Lottery retailer, or by visiting either the Madison or Milwaukee lottery office. Prizes above $599 (eg. the jackpot) must be claimed at either lottery office.

You can also redeem your prize by mailing your ticket to the Madison lottery office.

Jackpots are paid out in cash all at once. In the event of multiple winners, the jackpot shall be divided equally among all winners.

Winners have 180 days to claim prizes.
